REAL horse tails??? Some day you must tell us all about that! I thought horses had their own special line of hair care products -- didn't someone on the Board mention using her horse's shampoo for her own hair at some time?

Not sure of the name, it was a free sample. Wonder if I should try that? I've always used detangling spray on Kaya and sometimes on Josefina. Other than that, I just use water.

Miss MooMoo, thanks for the hint about wig conditioner. I had no idea there is such a product. And any excuse to go to Sally's is a good one! It's a fun store to browse.

One horse tail had gum in it. Others had braids, and all kinds of marks and stains and messed-up manes and tails obviously from play or some kind of mistreatment.

Here I felt guilty about sending a doll with somewhat matted hair in for a head replacement due to silver eye! I felt like I was taking advantage for months since it had problems besides the eyes.

Which reminds me, does anyone know if they replace the heads on cut hair dolls with silver eye for free? Or does cut hair void the warrenty?

I honestly don't know how people make such returns without it bothering their consciences, but those returns do benefit MCM, and all of the customers of the MCM sale, so we just fix them and move on.

I don't know the Biolage product, but I think that I have come along after someone used other human hair detanglers, and I seem to remember that they leave the synthetic hair feeling somewhat gummy. I think that 1/2 to 1 cap-full of Downey in a spritzer bottle of water works better for tangles (cheaper too).
